1. What you pay today. A platform fee per ticket is charged now to reserve your spot. This is the only charge made at time of booking. Your payment method is saved securely by Stripe for the no-show policy below.

2. Payment on the night. Everyone pays the restaurant cost directly on the evening of the event. This covers all food, GST, and gratuity. Drinks are not included.

3. No-show policy. If you do not attend and have not transferred your ticket, the restaurant cost will be charged to your saved card after the event. No exceptions.

4. Ticket transfers. Transfer your ticket by emailing fullspreadparty.yyc@gmail.com with the new attendee's name before the event.

5. Strictly no refunds. The platform fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Dietary restrictions. Due to the nature of our events — full menus ordered family-style — we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. By purchasing, you confirm you are able to participate.

7. Event changes. FSP reserves the right to modify event details with reasonable notice. Full cancellation by FSP results in a full refund.

8. Phone & SMS reminders. If you provide a phone number, we may send you event reminders via SMS. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
